Charis:  properly, grace—preeminently used of the Lord’s favor – freely extended to give Himself away to people (because He is “always leaning toward them”).

Charisma: properly, the operation of grace (divine favor)

Chairo: properly, to delight in God’s grace (“rejoice”) – literally, to experience God’s grace (favor), be conscious (glad) for His grace.

Chara properly, the awareness (of God’s) gracefavorjoy (“grace recognized”).
